Privacy
You can read everything here without giving us anything. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and has no accounts or forms.
What we collect: nothing of our own
We run no servers of our own and keep no logs. The site is hosted by Vercel; the research data it shows is kept in a Supabase database. Neither holds anything about you beyond what is described below.
Who processes data for us
- Vercel (Vercel Inc.) hosts the site. Our pages are generated in its Frankfurt region (EU) and delivered through its worldwide network. To send a page to your browser and to protect the site against attacks, Vercel processes your IP address and the technical details of each request (time, page, status, browser). Its request and function logs are kept for at most one day. Vercel acts as our processor under its data processing addendum; see also its privacy policy.
- Supabase (Supabase Inc.) hosts our database in Frankfurt (EU). It holds the published research data only. Your browser never talks to it, and it receives no data about you: our server reads the data and sends you the page.
What we do not do
- No cookies, and nothing stored in your browser.
- No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising.
- No third-party fonts, scripts or embedded content: your browser talks only to this site.
- No accounts, logins, forms or newsletters.
Legal basis and your rights
Vercel’s processing rests on our legitimate interest in securing and running the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You may ask for access to, correction or erasure of data about you, and object to its processing. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).

Links to PubMed, publishers, doi.org and other sources leave this site. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
